Cancellation policy

  • A 50% deposit paid via credit card will be required at time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival date will be eligible for a refund of the deposit, less a $20 processing fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made for any reason within 30 days of scheduled arrival.

  • In the event of a cancellation prior to 120 days from the date of booking, any deposit owed will be credited to the credit card used to book the reservation. In the event of a cancellation after 120 days from the date of booking, any deposit owed will be returned via PayPal or check. This is due to a fraud prevention measure from our credit card processor.

  • Reasonable changes to your reservation may be made up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, subject to availability. Changes will not be allowed within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date.

  • Refunds for late arrivals or early departures will not be granted.

  • Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we are unable to deviate from our cancellation policy for any reason. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to help protect you from unforeseeable events such as illness or injury, wildfire, road closures, natural disasters, inclement weather and travel delays.

 

House rules

  • Check-In: After 3 PM on the date of your arrival.

  • Check-Out: 10:30 AM.

  • Quiet Hours: 9 pm - 7 am

  • No grills or campstoves allowed.

  • No pets allowed.

  • No smoking allowed in cabins.
