WiFi is available in all cabins. Due to our rural location, it is a satellite internet connection. The WiFi is sufficient for messaging, email and social media but streaming and video chat may not work. We recommend downloading any desired items prior to your arrival.
Cell phone service in the area is limited. Verizon is the carrier with the best service though there has been improvement with AT&T recently. The closest cell tower is located in St. Mary which is where you will receive the strongest LTE signal. We have a landline courtesy phone available for guest use on the exterior of our Camp Store.
The cabins are not equipped with laundry facilities. The closest laundromats are located in St. Mary at the Johnson’s Campground or KOA Campground.
Linens & Towels
Each cabin has its own private bathroom equipped with a blow dryer, shampoo and body wash. Linens and towels are provided.
The cabins are equipped with four-cup coffee makers. We supply filter packs of freshly roasted Montana Coffee Traders coffee with half & half and sugar. We are happy to replenish your coffee supplies throughout your stay.
Fishing & Recreating
on Duck Lake
Fishing and recreating on Duck Lake and throughout the reservation require permits from the Blackfeet Tribe’s Fish & Wildlife department. To purchase your permit online and find a list of approved fishing guides, please visit the Blackfeet Fish & Wildlife website.
Early & Late Check-In
We are in our Camp Store from 3-6 pm for check-in. If you arrive after we have closed for the evening, we will leave check-in information for you under your last name on our Camp Store door with instructions on how to access your lodging. Early check-ins may only be accommodated if arranged ahead of time as our Camp Store is not staffed midday.
Grills & Camp Stoves
Grills and camp stoves are not allowed due to the presence of bear and other wildlife in the area. We have a group fire pit area that you’re welcome to enjoy throughout your stay.
Daily maid service is not provided but we are happy to refresh your towels, replenish your coffee or empty the trash upon request.
We recommend stocking up with groceries before you arrive to the area. If you’re unable to do so, you can purchase basic grocery items at Thronson’s General Store in Babb or at the St. Mary Grocery. Both have very limited selections.
